Where are you based?
I have a cosy studio in my garden in Woodside, Glenrothes. KY7...
Once booked I will give the full address.
Is there a limit to the amount of people in a group photo?
My studio isn't the biggest, but it can accommodate a family of about 10. Not to worry though, I have had bigger groups before, I just take groups separately then merge them in Photoshop to create a family portrait.
How long does your Newborn sessions take?
Generally around 2 1/2 hours. This can be under or over depending on how settled the baby is.
Is a deposit required?
I take the session fee on booking to secure the slot. Once received I get you secured in the diary. Session fees are non refundable but are transferable to a different time, day or session.
How long does it take to recieve my final Images?
This really depends on the session and the amount of sessions I have on at that time. However, I do try to complete my galleries and get them to you within a week of you selecting your final images from the online gallery. Weddings are generally 6 to 8 weeks.
What format do I receive my images?
Your Images are high resolution JPEG digital images. There are downloaded from the gallery straight to your device using the high resolution option. Please, never screen shot your images as this lessens the quality of the images.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you give plenty of notice about any changes to your session, a new date and time can be arranged. If you just don't turn up for your session without letting me know, you lose your session fee deposit. That space can no longer be filled. You can rebook but an additional session fee would be required. I am a very reasonable person, and understand that times and dates sometimes need to be changed.
